Thee lower back and lower stomach, is normal. However, your knees, calves, feet, and toes?? That doesn’t seem normal at all!! I would visit a doctor because I’ve never heard of that before.
    So sorry darling!!

Somethings been up with me, I’m getting incredibly painful cramps in the craziest of places. My cramps have always been really bad around my inner thighs in the beginning, but now its in my fucking knees, calves, FEET, and yes, even toes. I promise you, the pain in my legs are menstrual pain. This and of course my stomach and lower back. What is up with me?

i also use a small pillow case (about 4inches in lenght, and 5 inches in width) filled with raw dyed corn, and i put it in the microwave for 1 minute and it feels soo great below your tummy on that time of the month.

For that little sock two minutes is way to long!! If you are going to fill a sock with rice test it out at 30 seconds to see how hot it gets. Then see if you need more time. If you put it in too long like her you will BURN yourself.

  24. christinespage said:

I’m just gonna take tylenol :)
